The Team Hoyt Ambassador Program

We are proud to announce out Team Hoyt Ambassador Program!

Our ambassadors participate in events representing Team Hoyt and The Hoyt Foundation brand by wearing our gear and apparel, and sharing the message of Team Hoyt with other event attendees.  

  How the Ambassador Program Works

  • Ambassadors represent Team Hoyt at events like road races, charitable events, sports games or any events that our foundation attire can me worn that is most appropriate for the occasion.
  • Share with your personal and professional networks, and post on social media about your event participation and how you represented Team Hoyt and The Hoyt Foundation – whether it was simply just showing up rocking merch, trying to spread awareness for the foundation by talking about the mission (including asking for donations) or what the foundation is currently up to, the more advertisement the better!
  • Ambassadors receive points for representing the foundation allowing you to upgrade your ambassador status to higher tiers
          • This allows you to get more Hoyt Foundation swag along with personal acknowledgement of your generosity and determination to include others with disabilities from the foundation
          • Points are earned by going to events wearing foundation attire along with posting about the event, getting donations, and directing people to the foundations social media platforms/website to like, follow, and share our pages

 How to Become an Ambassador

If you are interested in becoming an ambassador, email teamhoyt73@gmail.com with the subject line Team Hoyt Ambasador and include your name, shirt size, email, mailing address, and phone number. A $100.00 donation towards the Team Hoyt Ambassador Package is required to participate in this program. With this donation, you will receive Team Hoyt swag (singlet, sweatshirt, hat, and bumper sticker) valued at $165.00. We will send you an invoice via email, and once you receive your gear in the mail you will be off running, walking or rolling as a Team Hoyt Ambassador!

Ambassador Point System

Event Points System
● 5K – 5 points
● 10K – 10 points
● Half Marathon – 15 points
● Marathon – 30 points
● World Major Marathon – 50 points
● Golf Tournament – 30 points
● Fundraising Event (Gala, Luncheon, Brunch, Grand Opening, etc.) – 30 points
● Other Volunteer Activity (Soup Kitchen, Park Clean-up, Tree Planting, etc.) – 30 points
● Other sporting events (Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, etc.) – 15 points

Donation Points System
● Every dollar donated to The Hoyt Foundation through you – 1 point
● Each threshold of $100 earns a 10-point bonus ($100 donation) – 110 points

Bonus Points System
● Enter a race with a (and put together a Team Hoyt) Team – 10 points + 5 points per Team
Member you recruit to join you
● At an event that you get anyone to sign up for the newsletter (The Team Hoyt Rundown) – 5
points per person
● At an event that you get anyone to follow any of our social media platforms – 5 points person
● At an event that you get anyone to sign up for the newsletter AND follow any of our socials – 15
points person
● Get people to sign up for the Hoyt Memorial Race – 50 points per person

  • Free Entry to the Hoyt Memorial Road Race – 250 points
  • Hats – 300 points

  • Long Sleeve Shirts – 1500 points
  • Hoodie Sweatshirts – 2000 points
  • Lifetime Free Entry to the Hoyt Memorial Road Race – 5000 points
